Bookings are made via electronic communications or phone after contacting us through the booking form or social media. We want to make sure we can offer you a bookings slot that is convenient for everybody.

Fuel subsidiary of 45p/mile will be added beyond these radii.
Cash is the preferred payment method, because of the remote location of many yards, due at time of appointment.
BACS payments are also acceptable; please contact Rebecca for details.
If you are unable to attend the appointment yourself, please ensure BACS payment is completed by end of appointment day.
Late payments may incur a surcharge of 10% per day.
Before 48hours, 0% charge per horse.
Within 48 hours, 50% charge per horse.
Within 24 hours, 100% charge per horse.
These charges also apply for appointment rearrangements.
You are responsible for making the yard aware of any appointments.
Horse must be in (stabled or on hard standing) and ready for appointment to begin. Horse must be clean and dry (groomed not bathed), and no show sheen. If Rebecca attends the appointment and these requirements are not met, cancellation fees apply as detailed above.
If you cannot be there yourself, there must be somebody on site during the session for health and safety reasons.
Handling and temperament must be disclosed. Please ensure someone competent is available to assist in case your horse becomes reactive. Rebecca will do her best by the horse, however, if she feels unsafe, she reserves the right to stop the session; full charges will apply.
Any/all veterinary conditions must be disclosed, especially if vet treatment has occurred within 6 months prior to appointment. Any veterinary appointments required between sessions must be disclosed.
Rebecca's training allows for the detection and care of certain muscular problems. If she discovers something untoward she reserves the right to recommend veterinary intervention for the well-being of the horse.
If your horse is currently under veterinary care, permission prior to treating your horse is required (Veterinary Surgeons Act 1966), therefore you must arrange for your vet to call Rebecca, or obtain a signed and stamped permission letter.
Permission is not required for horses in good health, however, should Rebecca discover a condition that she believes to be outside of her professional scope, she reserves the right to stop the session; full charges will apply in this case.
