 RJ Equine Therapy (RJET) is fully committed to upholding its Privacy Policy.  The sole purpose of the site is to enable people to learn about the services provided by RJET and contact RJET in regards to those same services. Any  personal information we collect from this website will be used in  accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. This Privacy Policy will  outline details on how information is collected and used. Information is  also provided on how to change or de-activate your data.

You may give us information about yourself by filling in forms on our  site or by corresponding with us by phone, e-mail or otherwise. This  includes information you provide when you submit a request through the contact form or participate on social media directly linked to RJET relating to services, competitions, promotions, events or if you report a  problem to us. The information you give us may include, but is not  limited to, your name, address, e-mail address and phone number.

Personally identifiable information is defined as any personal  information that could identify you such as your name, address,  telephone number or e-mail address. When you visit any website or social media page affiliated with RJET, you are not required to disclose who you are  or reveal any personally identifiable information. Since RJET takes your privacy seriously, no personally identifiable information  will be collected unless it is voluntarily provided.

RJET does not disclose personal information to third parties.

b. Sending out of receipts to clients

We may contact you in correspondence in order to discuss the services we provide, for marketing purposes or provide after-care customer service.

We do not send random marketing emails to personal email addresses, any marketing will be personalised to the addressee.
